I enjoy buying local products and transforme them at your liking, i always prefer to respect the seasons and change my menus often. I m confortable cooking any kind of european food, traditional american, mexican fine dining with a twist, i also like cooking asian, morrocain or indian food it s just so flavourfull. I love traveling and it s constantly inspiring my cooking, the prices are flexible depending on how many people you are.

I did my apprentiship in france in michelin star restaurant where i specialized in pastry, then decided to move to london for four years where i developed my skills. I ve been for the past 10 years working in the banderas bay area and in winter and in the US during summer, i speak, french, english and spanish
