An amazing dish created by Chef Steve himself. This dish is a traditional Stir Fry cooked to perfection in a cast iron seasoned wok made spicy or sweet over a bed of apple marinated rice.

Another Chef Steve original. Reece's Rosée is a spectacular dish made with white wine sautéed veggies, and chicken/beef combined with bowtie pasta and a savory pesto rosée sauce.

A deliciously savory pie favourited by Chef Steve. Served on a graham cracker crust than topped with a light whipping cream.
