Très belle soirée avec chef Mike, on a adoré les entrées de dumplings au canard, succulents!

Chef Mike - worked with us to have a special dinner for my Father's 80th birthday ( 11 people) - He worked with us prior to come up with a great menu - very easy to work with ! The night of the dinner was just perfect - great food , great service and took care of everything - will absolutely partner with Chef Mike again :) The Andersons

Chef Mike a vraiment aussuré! Confirmé qq jours seulement avant le souper, il nous a proposé un menu à la hauteur de l anniversaire des 40 ans de bonnes amies! Le baluchon de canard confit et foie gras a enchanté tout le monde, les plats étaient généreux et de qualité! Le dessert! Mousse au chocolat noir et à la mangue! Même aussi gâvée que je l'étais, j'en aurais mangé un autre! Bref! Belle expérience!! Merci!!

Our experience with Chef Mike was amazing. I hired him for a bachelorette party with 12 women and he was very accommodating. He made alternatives for those who couldn't eat specific foods, and even on the spot made a whole new dish for someone who realized she wasn't able to eat an ingredient in the meal. We had traveled from the US so we had a few questions about logistics, such as payment. The weeks leading up to our trip I had been in contact with Mike and he was nothing but helpful, patient, and responsive to my questions. He provided us with three DELICIOUS meals along with a description of what we were eating. Also, he was extremely personable and very fun to chat with! I'd highly recommend hiring Chef Mike for any type of event. PS. His duck confit and foie gras dumplings were the best thing I have ever eaten and the ladies and I are still talking about it!!
