Chef at home Mike

Souper d'anniversaire surprise, 10 convives à la table. Arrivée avec son assistante à l'heure convenue avec tout son matériel, a pris le contrôle de ma cuisine pour préparer le menu préalablement convenu. Très bon débit du service, ni trop lent ni trop rapide. Plats préparés délicieux du début à la fin. Première expérience de ce type pour tout le monde présent et tous en sont ravis. A refaire.

Excellent service

Amazing experience with chef Mike! He was fantastic at communicating and very accommodating to dietary restrictions. We also had a few people drop out and he totally understood. The food was amazing and he even brought something extra for us to try which was delicious!! Highly recommend and pricing was very reasonable!

It was our fort time having a private chef at our place. Turned out to be a hit with our guests. All had a great time and found Mike’s cuisine to be delicious. Planning and communications with Mike were easy and there were no surprises with everything going as planned. We went with Mike’s suggestions for the menu and he showed up here with his assistant and everything he needed to prepare a great dinner. Appetizers were great and he prepared the steaks on our gas range which we had never used for that. Mike and his assistant left our kitchen as they found it and all dished in the dishwasher. We were able to enjoy the evening with our guests and only had to keep the wine coming. We will likely repeat the experience in the future.

Chef Mikhail était très professionnel ! il est arrivé à l'heure et préparé. Les bouchées étaient absolument excellentes. Nous avions des restrictions alimentaires dans le groupe et le chef Mikhail s'est assuré d'offrir le même niveau de qualité pour tous ! lorsqu'il a quitté, c'est comme s'il n'avait jamais occupé la cuisine. Je recommande !

The meal prepared and served by Chef Mikhail was delicious. Each course -- bruschetta, tuna tartar, caprese salad and goat-cheese stuffed chicken -- was better than its predecessor. Mikhail himself was pleasant and personable, arrived early, and prepared our meal expertly in our kitchen, which he left spotless when the meal was done. I highly recommend Chef Mikhail and the Miummium experience to anyone in the greater Montreal area.
