Chef at home Mike

We hired Chef Mike for a birthday dinner in a chalet. We were able to adjust the menu to certain food restrictions and dislikes. Communication was easy and friendly. Chef Mike showed up on time at our rented chalet and we immediately lost power AND water. We waited a little while chatting with Chef Mike and when we realized the power was out for a while- Chef Mike got the fireplace going and proceeded to cook on an open flame. He never even hesitated considering the lack of power and water. He was able to make us a wonderful meal and the place was clean when he left - even working by candlelight. Amazing under pressure. Food was fantastic. Will definitely be a returning client. Highly recommend.

Vraiment, je m'attendais à une super experience, mais à ce point là non. Le menu était 11/10. Je suis qqcun de critique sur la bouffe, j'aime essayer et aller au resto et je le fait partout dans le monde... et chef Mikhail à surpassé tout ce que j'ai gouté et ce, même les 5*. Super personnalité, belle présentation et belle prestance. J'ai une tante qui voudrait probablement essayer l'expérience et je n'ai pas hésiter à lui recommender. Bravo vraiment! Surtout, merci pour tout. Ma femme va se rappeler longtemps de sa fête!

The entire experience was fun and soooo delicious. Chef Mike was a pleasure, well prepared and professional. The food was excellent!! There was plenty of food which meant lots of tasty leftovers :) This was my first time and we definitely loved our experience and would recommend it to anyone.

La bouffe était délicieuse, le chef et son aide super sympathiques, ils ont interagi avec les convives lorsque des questions leur étaient adressées. Seul hic, arrivés en retard dû au trafic de Montréal. Au moins, ils nous ont avisé.

Mikhail a tres bien s'occuper de nos 20 invités. Tres gentil, cuisine impeccable, mets savoureux. Superbe soirée,

Chef Mikhail is professional. The food was great and he cleaned everything afterwards. It was a great experience! We will probable do it again.
