Cooking style
in the twenty years that I have been able to cook for others, I have always felt a motivating appreciation for my style of cooking and have held beautiful positions in various kitchens for various clients. For example, I have catered for several parties such as family dinners, weddings, walking dinners and also larger events with a complete food & beverage plan. As a chef and manager I received Queen Maxima, visited Gordon Wright (South Africa) and I was also a private chef in Canada for a private individual. I have also been an executive chef in quality restaurants and well-known hotels in the Netherlands such as the Amstel hotel.
Experience
I would love to cook for you to your absolute liking. I am experienced in many world kitchens and like to give a lot of attention to plating with colors and artistic approach. I like to do themed menus and table settings.

EXTRAORDINARY
We received an evening with Chef Leon as a Christmas gift. As a novel experience, we were a bit uncertain but Chef Leon won us over right from the start as we discussed many options for a fabulous dinner. His remarkable talent for cooking is unmistakable. But so too is his artistic interpretation of all of his courses, beautiful presentations, a rainbow of colours and approachable plates. He was able to serve a truly delicious 5 course meal, all meeting the requirements of a therapeutic diet. His knowledge and experience combined with his enthusiasm for his profession makes him an excellent teacher. And just as well as the evening started, it finished with a sparkling clean kitchen and ideas for our next experience. We are very excited as he is returning soon for an encore event!!

The best experience ever!
For my mom’s birthday I surprised an at home experience for Chef Leon to cook a meal for her and my dad. Not only was the food absolutely fantastic but the environment Chef Leon set (in their own home) was exceptional! The process was very seamless, as I was planning everything from a far. He made both of my parents feel very spoiled and overall it was a great experience.
