Experience
I've been cooking semi-professionally since I'm 16 and after breaking into the food industry professionally at the age of 23 and being hired as the executive chef of my first restaurant I never once looked back. Food is so much more to me then a means of survival to Me food is an art form, a means of expression , and a means of freedom. I believe that as a chef coming into a clients home its my duty to show them my art so they can spend time where it counts with their families!!!, 2012 took me to Los Angeles to be one of the top 100 on the third season of FOX's Masterchef and even though I was eliminated I took it on the nose and I kept cooking and I can safely say that event has helped shape me into the chef that I am
