A Millenial Cook with Old School Cooking Background

There was never a time where I don't remember cooking so I've been heavily influenced by my mom's cooking and my Greek and Cypriot heritage in general. After going through culinary school and working in restaurants I've learned how to work cleaner, faster, smarter, and more efficiently. I combine the classic techniques with more modern practices and create the best of all worlds.

I studied at the Italian Culinary Academy (now under the umbrella of ICC) where I spent several months in Italy learning Italian cuisine and culture. I followed that up with five years of working the lines in New York City plus managing a kitchen at a West Village wine and cheese bar. I also spent a summer working in the Hamptons and got bitten by the private chef bug and am now far more interested in cooking directly for clients rather than hiding behind a dining room kitchen and never hearing what the customers think.
