Cooking is my passion and I love to take my clients on a culinary journey. I created an Art of the Arepa experience, where you can learn about the origins and cultural significance of the arepa, as well as learn how to cook both them in a Colombian and Venezuelan style. I speak English and Spanish (native).

I have over 20 years experience as a chef, cooking in restaurants in Central and South America. I love to travel, and incorporate new flavours and techniques into my dishes.
